Topspot Ads & Property Management Inc. (TAPMI) is a one-stop shop management firm engaged primarily in realty business through marketing, advertising and management services connecting customers and businesses.

Ancillary to TAPMI's services is assisting individual clients on their financing needs with accreditation to commercial banks to facilitate the banking requirements of our clientele.

The management team is composed of experienced and service oriented brokers in the field of real estate services and media advertising.

TAPMI is also affiliated to leading outdoor advertising concessionaires as a broker-partner for the marketing Static and LED Billboard sites by offering advertisement inventories through referrals and promotions to over hundreds of advertising clients being catered by our company.

TAPMI's role is to provide a central reference point for our clients in which it is possible to project and advance the relationship with the mass and build the business to the TOP.
